Day Rates

Single indoor shoot space

£1,500 per day

Use one agreed primary indoor shoot space for a focused photography, filming or content production.

Access to additional rooms, preparation areas and shared spaces must be agreed in advance.

Garden location

£1,500 per day

Use the agreed garden, vine-covered or exterior areas as the principal setting for your production.

The exact areas available depend on the season, property preparation and production brief.

Exclusive whole-house hire

£5,000 per day

Exclusive access to the agreed shoot-ready areas of Harcourts House, providing a varied collection of indoor and outdoor settings within one production location.

Access to private, storage or operational areas is not included unless separately agreed.

Multi-day productions

Tailored quotation

For campaigns, filming and productions requiring consecutive or multiple shoot days, submit the full brief and preferred dates for a tailored quotation.

Overtime

£200 per hour

Planned start and finish times must be included in the booking request. Any overtime remains subject to approval.

Rates are starting prices and are subject to the final production brief, agreed spaces, dates, access requirements and planned activity. Additional services or unusual production requirements will be quoted separately.

Additional practical information

Driveway access is available for one Luton-sized production vehicle. Additional crew parking is available on surrounding roads and in a nearby pay-and-display car park. Public parking cannot be reserved.
